I love new technological ideas, even if they turn out to be wrong; no failure is wasted in the world of technology or science. Progress tends to come of a lot of people trying a lot of different things in an independent environment; in the world of technology this is even more so. This ‘new’ idea [...] What does this tell us about the future of computer-human interfacing? In 2005, the online chess-playing site Playchess.com hosted what it called a “freestyle” chess tournament in which anyone could compete in teams with other players or computers. …Lured by the substantial prize money, several groups of strong grandmasters working with several computers at the same time [...] I love nuclear power, it’s the cleanest and most efficient (in turns of energy output) source of energy we have; and I don’t trust any environmentalist that doesn’t support it.

I’m new to Wordpress, and after so many months of living in the safe and easy world of Blogger I find this new environment strange and confusing.
